Our hospital hats are made in USA with latex free fabrics, hospital grade, double ply. Choose from many colors and styles, perfect for baby shower gifts as all newborn's are required to wear hats for the first 24 hours to help baby retain their body heat.
We count weekdays as shipping days, not weekends, please note our shipping times. If you require faster shipping, please message us to see if we can update you on our schedule to faster shipping. We offer priority and express shipping which is the post office transit time, they do not affect the ship time from our store.
Our shipping cost for USA customers is a flat rate, no matter how many items you order.All our newborn hospital hats are made in USA, including the fabric. They are latex free, hospital grade, so they do not require pre-washing.

Returns
We do not accept returns on any items, especially the baby items for health reasons. Unless the item is defective and you send me photos showing the defect, at which point I will decide if I will ship a replacement, or refund your order.
We do inspect all items before shipping so as not to ship defective products.
Unfortunately, I have had customers return used items, which were not defective, so there has to be a NO RETURN policy as I cannot resell an item that was worn to be reused on a newborn.
Please read all information on the listing before ordering and make sure to order the size needed. I recommend an age sizing on all my items.
